Your theory plus practical both marks are taken together for a particular subject. As of total you got 49/100 in biology by adding both practical and theory marks. Like that you should also get chem and physic Mark's. Then total of all three subject physic + chemistry+ biology.

Depends on the university. Though the general eligibility is Physics, chemistry and maths mandatory.  But in DU to study BSc (Hons) Computer Science, an applicant should have had Mathematics and Computer Science in their plus-two course. Though it is not necessary to add the subjects in the best-of-four calculation,
