Nope! For most colleges, if you need to pursue Biology as a course of study in your UG then you need to have Biology and Chemistry as a subject in your UG. Also there are other subject combination eligible such as Biology and Nutrition but its mandatory to have Biology
See for BTech/BE one need to have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in your 10+2 and you must secure at least 50% marks in your 10+2 in order to be eligible for BE/BTech course. Now in some examination the marks eligibility changes so you should try to secure the best marks
