Yes,  you are eligible for NEET after passing Biology as an additional subject from NIOS and after qualifying neet you can get admission in medical colleges for mbbs etc as well.

Since you don't have maths in 10+2 you aren't eligible for BSC Hons and BTech.

Eligibility: candidate must have completed class 12th in science stream having studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as the core subjects and from a recognised board with the minimum 50% marks.
