i have 2 mark sheet one with pcmb in which i failed in bio and one with single subject biology passed as a private candidate so i have 2 roll no. which roll no. should i fill in neet 2021 form?

For roll number, you need to use the roll number which you have in your first marksheet as it your main marksheet  and not the biology compartment result mark sheet which  you have got later  by appearing as a private candidate.

As long as you fulfil the age eligibility criteria and minimum aggregate marks criteria, because Biology as an additional subject is also acceptable for NEET, there will be no issue.
