Yes of course you can go for Flying branch through AFCAT even if you are B.Sc biology student. The reason being is the eligibility criteria for flying branch through AFCAT which goes like :-

I am sorry to tell you dear but if you are a Biology student and don't have much then you cannot do BTech computer science.
