NEET is an entrance examination for admission to MBBS, BDS and Ayush courses. You do not have to appear for NEET UG if you are seeking admission to Laboratory Technology course. To become a lab technician you need to study BMLT also known as Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Technology.
First of all to be eligible to take admission into M.A history, once must holds a Bachelor's degree in Arts or relevant field. But it's not mandatory to hold a Bachelor's degree in Arts, it totally depends on the University you're willing to take admission into for MA arts.
hi,
see first of all I want to correct you that CAT i.e common admission test is for Management program entrance test. this is not a design entrance test. so in case you are not interested for MBA, you would not need to appear for CAT.

As per my view if I had to consider placements only then of course mnit bhopal and IIIT allahabad would be at a better place if I had to compare between nit Agartala and iiest shibpur.
Nit Agartala is considered to be a decent college not very good
