The MNS exam, the questions will be based on 11th and 12th class from the subjects Physics, Chemistry and Biology wholly. So you need to prepare for the exam accordingly from both 11th and 12th. It's not that you will prepare from 12th class Physics, Chemistry and Biology

If you are in Class 12th with PCM and now you are willing to choose biology i.e. PCB, then you can switch to it but you will have to start again from 11th class with Physics, Chemistry and Biology. But, that will result in wastage of two years
