You are qualified for NEET, yes: You've passed the necessary courses in biology, chemistry, physics, and English. Your PCB total of 61 + 47 + 53 = 161, or roughly 53.7%, is higher than the 50% threshold for the General category. Thus, you are eligible to take the NEET exam since you meet its requirements.
Hello!
The percentage required in class 12 to be eligible for NEET exam is 50% for unreserved category, 40% for OBC/SC/ST and PWD categories in Physics, Chemistry and Biology together. Since you have secured 53%, you are eligible for NEET.

In the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) Higher Secondary (H.S.) exam, Theory subjects typically require 30% to pass , which is usually 24 out of 80 in theory and a total of 30 out of 100 . You scored 24 , which is just at the edge of passing (if 24 is in theory). If practical marks are added and you're above 30/100, you may be considered passed. In maths 60 is a decent score and clearly above the pass mark.40 marks – above the pass mark, but not high which you scored in Biology.
So, conclusion
If these marks include theory only and your practical/internal assessment marks help you cross the 30/100 threshold in Chemistry and Physics , you may have passed.
If the marks are total including practicals , then Physics and Chemistry might be a fail if 24 is your total out of 100.
