Yes definitely you can go for jee mains with this .

But you should remember that your percentage must be greater than 75% or in top 20 percentile ( with those 5 subject i.e. physics , chemistry, maths , language and 5th subject) .

Neverthless, you are eligible for NEET because for being eligible for NEET, you should score a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD

The syllabus for NEET,AIIMS or JIPMER does not include the syllabus of the practical(even though it is presumed that you must be equipped with the required knowledge). The syllabus consists of 11th and 12th Physics,Chemistry and Biology only the theory one.
