Yes, of course you can apply for marine bioalogy after all being a botany honours  student.You can apply for it but minimum eligibility is you need to get is 55% marks in botany and zoology.The all india institute of medical science,new delhi pffers this course.

As per one particular website, there are 45 seats in BSc Stats Hons and the cut offs are usually very high.

There's never a fixed no of seats there.

No, students who have completed Higher Seecondary Certifiate exmination in Science stream with Mathematics are not allowed to reappaer with biology.
There's a provision for students to reappear in the boards examination only for improvement of marks only in the following year of board examination to improve marks.

Yes it is possible to do M.Sc Biochemistry after B.Sc in Chemistry.


However, you will be allowed only in certain colleges and not all. This is because most volleges require you to have studied Botany/Zoology/Microbiology/ any life science subject with Chemistry in your Bachelor's.
