Good honours degree or equivalent with a core biology content, biomedical science, molecular biology, biotechnology, biology, physiology, biochemistry, pharmaceutical science, medicine, veterinary medicine, dentistry. According to NEET eligibility criteria, one should be of minimum 17 years of age and have passed 12th examinations with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English subjects with minimum 40% marks for SC/ST ans OBC category candidates.
So I think you can give NEET 2020 with 58 % score in 12th
