It is quite difficult to get admission in good colleges of DU with this percentage as the cut off for du colleges hardly comes to 85%or 80%.
But as you are from Obc category, hence there are very vague chances for you to procure seat in Delhi university.

Greetings!!

No, there is no entrance exam to take admission in b.sc biology. Eligibility criteria for applying is that candidate must have passed in 12th with aggregate 50% marks in respective subjects.  Admission are purely done on merit basis.
