The formula for percentage calculation is-

(Total obtained marks / maximum marks of the exam ) ×100

Here excluding your 6th subject marks you have a percentage of 70%. 

And exchanging  maths with your 6th subject your percentage comes to 79%

General Category Male - INR 5000

General Category Female - INR 1650

SC/ST, Ex-servicemen, PwD students - INR 1300

Apart from the above student will have to pay INR 750 for an additional subject to register.

As the eligibility criterian for engineering says that you must have Physics , Chemistry and Mathematics as a compulsory subject, you cannot take admission for this course with only PCB group.
