Yes definitly there is no upper limit age criteria for NEET UG. So if you want to start all over from 11 std by taking biology you can do it at your lisure.
The essential eligibility criteria is to pass 12 std with physics, chemistry and biology.

It is not compulsory to ‘attempt’ biology but they will consider its marks in the total i.e. your marks will be calculated out of 180.
Though it's not mandatory to attempt the biology section in the IISER Aptitude Test, but for a good score you can't omit that
