There are various courses you can opt for after completing your 12th from PCB
1. MBBS- since you have got 53% so you are eligible for appearing for it's entrance exam that is NEET UG. It is 5.5 year course
2. Bachelor of Science- You can go for BSc in various courses like Zoology, Botany, Chemistry etc. Admission to these in various central universities is based on CUET entrance result. Some private colleges may also take admission based on their entrance or class 12th result.
3. B.Pharmacy- It is a 4 year course admission to which is based on result of entrance though some universities also take direct admission. You can become a drug therapist or analytical chemist after completion of this course.
4. Bachelor in Physiotherapy- It is also a 4 year course admission to which is done on the basis of entrance result.

You can take admission in an information technology course. You can do a BSC in Computer Science, Bsc in information technology, and Bachelor of Computer application which is a BCA.

Yes, you can give only biology exam from National Institute of Open Schooling . But for that you should have completed your 12 th standard and you should have passed your 12 th standard exams to be eligible to give biology exam from NIOS .

• Aspirant Must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board. Class 12 or equivalent appearing aspirants are also eligible to apply for NEET.
• The class 12 percentage required for NEET 2022 exam is separate for each category and can be listed as under. NEET eligibility marks in class 12 to be considered are aggregate marks only for PCB subjects
• UR - 50%,
• OBC/SC/ST - 40%,
• PWD - 45%

It would have been better if mentioned your percentage. Your marks in PCB is below average. If the admission procedure of the college is based on merit then it would be difficult for you to get enrolled in the course.

Yes, you can study biology via online class from NIOS. It is now legal to study two course at the same time. NIOS is an open school which caters to the needs of a heterogeneous group of learners up to pre-degree level. You can take up a diploma course and certificate from NIOS is valid for admission in colleges and universities.

Yes, you can appear for Biology, English and General test in CUET even if the eligibility for the chosen university is Biology. This is because you already fit into the eligibility which is Biology and additional subjects would not cause any problem. It is more like your choice now about the other subjects.

eligibility to apper in NEET is candidates must pass the 12th standard examination with Chemistry, Biology, Physics and English subjects. For general category candidates, it is mandatory to bring 50% marks in 12th standard, while SC / ST / OBC category candidates have to get 40% marks to become eligible for NEET.
if you completed your 12th with math or bio with atleast 50% marks then you are eligible to apper in NEET. .

B.sc- bachelor of science is an undergraduate course for 3 years, divided into six semesters, Various course types in Bachelor of Science, and one of them is B.sc CBZ- Chemistry, Biology and zoology, This course educates the students about the basics of chemistry, Botany and zoology combined.
And no, it's not mandatory to appear for CET exam to secure Admission in B.sc CBZ, It's depends upon each colleges have different procedures for this program, Many give Admission on the basis of the merit of class 12, some proffesional B.sc.
