Hello, You can apply for NET exam if you fall under the age category required to give exam. It does not have any relation to which year you cleared your exam of MSc. Age limit for CSIR net is 28 years and up to 5 years extended for female candidate.

No, there's no requirement of biotechnology /biology  for doing btech biotechnology.

Being a PCM student, you are eligible for btech biotechnology.

Yes you can pursue bio technology after intermediate in MPC too . You should secure and qualify the eamcet. after eamcet you should go for web options . In web options apply for bio technology .
