Dear candidate, the cutoff varies on the basis of caste and region. For a non Maharashtra General candidate it should be somewhere around 85%–90%. And for a Maharashtra General candidate, it is around 75% (the percentage required in class 12th)

The eligibility criteria for msc in biotechnology is candidate must have passed Bachelor degree of 3years duration ( Bsc or equivalent).
The maximum marks required in duet for msc in biotechnology is 250-300 marks
