Hello student

BSc biotechnology is mainly based on theoretical papers analysis laboratory works but BTech biotechnology is mainly based on laboratory works and a tight schedule of the subjects. In the first year of BTech biotechnology which is a four years course has the classes of other branches of Engineering.

The Acharya university is good for b.tech biotechnology, the placement is around 50%-60% , with highest package of 6-7 LPA in company like Infosys,cognizant ,Biocon .Teachers are really helpful and with good  qualification. There is only one college/ university in Bangalore offering B.Tech Biotechnology course i.e. PES University, Bangalore.
