Dear aspirant,

looking at previous year cutoff trends you have a fairly good chance of getting admission. Seats are less but for your category the cutoff rank goes up to as high as 300 in some colleges. So you can easily get the institute of your choice.

No you cannot be a doctor by completing your Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology.After completion of BSc biotechnology you can go for MSc biotechnology.If you want to become a doctor you need to complete your PhD after your MSc.

To pursue MD you need to first have a degree

Transformants- these are the bacterial cells which incorporate plasmid DNA into their genome.
Non transformants - these are the bacterial cells which take up the plasmid but do not incorporate the plasmid DNA into their genome.
Further tranformants  are of two types - recombinants and non- recombinants .

differentiate between endonuclease and exonuclease

The main difference between these enzymes is that endonuclease cleave the phsphodiester bond in the polynucleotide present internal in the polynucleotide chain  whereas exonuclease cleave the phosphodiester bond from the ends
