see cutoff score generally depends on some certain factors like number of participants, college seat intake, questions difficulty level etc, however as per previous years closing score you ece, bio tech , it stream was around 18k, so as per your score you have decent chances to secure biotechnology

The fee structure is different in different colleges.Some colleges provide BTech in biotechnology whereas there are some colleges providing BSc in Biotechnology. You haven't mentioned any particular college or university.Please provide the college name so that we can help you accordingly.
Biotechnology is a great course after 12th if you are interested in the field because the course work is very difficult anywhere in India and specially if you are from a maths background.
But if you are interested in this field I would suggest to not have second thoughts
Hello Aspirant, Both the course are good, but it depends upon from which college you have studied, If you do B. tech from NIT Warrangal then most probably you will get College Placement.
In terms of course, in B.SC Biotechnology you have to study more theoretical aspects and in B.tech
