No, its not possible to get Two BTech degrees in two different department/branch/discipline from the same university. Yes, in some colleges, it is possible to have one Degree and one diploma simultaneously. But 2 Btech degrees is not possible anywhere.

There are a lot of advantages doing B.tech in Biotechnology but as well there are also disadvantages of doing it in India. The scope is very less in India. As it is improving slowly but still it's far away from biotech scope in abroad.
