Cut off depends on many factors.

Sorry to inform you that, the chances for getting a seat in Biotechnology. As per the closing ranks of the previous, the cutoff is closer to 20,000. So the chances for you to get a seat in Biotechnology are pretty less. You can better try for other branches,
