The official site of the college states that you need to pass the Bachelors degress in first class. If you belong to any caste, then there will be relaxation in marks. Other than that, getting first class in bachelors will secure a seat in MSRUAS.

No, School of BioTechnology at JNU offers Courses only on MSc Biotechnology and PhD in BioTechnology,

Hi Barsha! Yes, you can apply for TISS NET. As per the eligibility, any candidate with a Bachelors degree in any discipline can appear for TISS NET. Work experience can add value to your candidature but it's not mandatory.
