which is if you have passion about subjects that are included more in biotecnology then select that
same goes with chemical engineering i.e. if you have the subject you intrested in the syllabus here then select chemical engineering .

Eligibility for Msc botechnology : B.Sc. in any of Biological Sciences, BAMS, MBBS, BHMS, BPT and B.Pharm .

Yes, you can definitely take bsc in biotechnology. Even plain bsc (zoology, botany, microbiology etc) can be a good choice depending on interest. Taking btech in biotechnology (biotech engineering) is going to be very tough if you did not have maths in +2 and not all universities allow that.
