Most private universities offer B.Tech in Biotechnology. VIT University, SRM Universities do offer them. You have to appear for VITEEE or SRMJEEE. While filling the application opt for the biology paper. Alternately you could do B.Sc and then pursue M.Sc in Biotechnology.

You have less chances to get seat in MBBS/BDS course in Govt and private colleges as well but if you want you can try for paramedical and ayush courses.
