Honestly, only b.tech in biotechnology does not have much scope in india. You have to do masters after that. And i would suggest you if you don't have any financial issues and your family is open to send you abroad for further studies then kindly grab this opportunity.
After the completion of bsc biotechnology ,there is not much opportunities in india regarding your stream. You have to do masters by any means because after masters only you would get to see plethora of opportunities in your domain.
