Yes you can apply for bitsat if you have done class 12 from nios, you just need to fulfill the following criteria:-
You should have passed 10+2 in 2019 or appearing in 2020 from a recognised board with subjects physics chemistry and maths/biology with an aggregate of 75%

Only Students who are appearing for 12th class examination in the current year or who have passed 12th class Examination in previous year are eligible to appear in the BITSAT test.
