Hii... Im kush Pachauri and Im studying in class11th PCM and I got 60.5% in class 10th.So, May I crack JEE, BITSAT,NSO and other scienceOlympiad exams with out coaching.My DOB is 2sep,2005 in 10th marksheet.And I want to become an astronomy scientist in my life.Plzzz suggest me what should I do..?

Hey Kush,
You can crack all the exams you wish to without any coaching for sure. All you need to do is focus on your goals.
Going to coaching doesn't help if you don't study at home afterwards. I am myself going to coaching for GATE Exams. But regardless of that, I have to study at home for my exams.
So don't worry about this, just work hard for what you want.
Now about, Astronomy scientist,
For that you will have to complete your graduation and you will have to complete 12th from science stream.

Eligibility criteria for becoming Astronomy scientist is that you have to be a graduate in B.sc or any equivalent examination with 50% score.
After 10+2, you can do B.sc with mathematics and physics as your subjects.
If you want to pursue experimental or instrumentation astronomy, then you can go for electrical engineering after 10+2. Then you will have to give an entrance exam called JEST which will make you eligibile for specialisation in astronomy and you can also do Ph.D. To become an astronomer, Ph.D. is compulsory.

Many colleges may take their own entrance exam.

Hi there, if you want to qualify national standard examination NSE you have to focus and basically the science subjects and you have to also focus the same for JEE mains and BITSAT basically focus on NCERT syllabus syllabus previous year questions to qualify JEE mains and BITSAT. Focus on the chapter specially gravitation for the NSE Olympiad . Do the previous year papers of the Olympiad and ask your teachers and collaborate with them . Hope this will help you .

if a student in board score with 70% cbse can be able to apply BITSAT exam 2020?

Akshay, to be eligible for BITSAT, you should have:

Completed your 12th from a recognised Central or State Board
Passed your 12th with a minimum aggregate of 75% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics
Scored 60% individually in Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

Now with 70% in your 12th, unfortunately you are not eligible for BITSAT.

If you want to get into electrical engineering in any branch of bits viz., bits pilani, bits hyderabad or bits goa then you need to get at least 360 out of 450 which is an average cut off for electrical engineering. BITSAT 2020 Application Form will be released in the second week of December 2019 tentatively.The Application forms can be filled by the candidates through online mode.Last date to submit the application form is expected till second week of March 2020.In case candidates want to make modification in the details of application, the corrections can be made from the second to third week of March 2020.

Hello

The BITSAT exam for BITs Pilani,will be online mode examination.There are total of 150 question which consist of 4 topics that is Mathematics,Physics,Chemistry and English Proficiency & Logical Reasoning.The duration of the exam will be of 3 Hours and it will be MCQ based exam.Talking about the marking scheme of the examination.You will get 3 marks for every correct answer and -1 for incorrect answer and no marks will be given if you did not answered any questions.
