Hi aspirant, first of all HBTI Kanpur is one of the better college in UP so it's always a great option. Now, about food technology there- the placements is not that great as compared to Plastic technology. But if you want to pursue mba especially in agribusiness (ABM) in future then it's always a little advantage to choose food technology now.

To get into pilani campus for B.E./BTech programs  the cut off scores are generally above 290.

For Goa campus the cut offs are around 275.

For Hyderabad the  cutoffs are around 270.

It is quite unclear if that is a statement or a question so, i am assuming it is a question and would like to say that both exams have different sort of patterns to be honest with BITSAT being a lengthy one as it includes English with PCM while JEE Mains is more into the feels of Engineering not that BITSAT is any lesser. Now since both of them have turned into online mode of Examination, the environment feels the same. Preparation of JEE Mains  and Advance covers almost everything in BITSAT of PCM category. You just have to deal with the English part. Since the paper of BITSAT is a bit lenghty the difficulty level is somewhat lower than that in JEE Mains.

Dear Shaik, you may know that any competition they are no end line to stop preparation you will continue to develop your knowledge. In BITSAT preparation you also seek they preferred book because it is a little bit different to JEE MAIN so you need to do more effort for any other exam.
