I am glad to tell you that 360 is quite a good score. If you surely remember that this was your score projected on the screen after you finished your exam, then this would be your final score. Only a few cases, where the marks get changed are

You have done well in your JEE mains examination there's no reason why you can't succeed in JEE Advanced.

Not all exm goes the same way as before. Don't think about all this and keep working and preparing for JEE Advanced without thinking about the consequences.

according to previous year's cutoffs, you can expect a seat in chemical,civil and pharmacy. However, there are changes since this year and many have scored more marks than you,so chances are rare. But nevertheless, you can  still see the offcial website for  a sure sorted confirmation

I have got 278 marks in Bitsat this year too. It is impossible to predict how low or how high the cut offs may go this year. I think you should stay until all the iterations get over. The waitlist starts at 240-250 as far as I know.
