BITS does not accepts JEE Mains scores.

No , you need not fill each BITS campus, each branch separately, you can fill in a single form all the campuses and your preferred branches in that campus. Since counselling for all the campuses is same , this is why you don't need to fill separately.

A score of 280 and above will be safe to expect a seat in the institute. However, the cit off for mainstream branches such as Mechanical, Electronics and Civil goes higher than the other branches. So you might have to compromise with the branch if you want a seat in

As per your score in BITSAT 2019 you have chance to get admission into BITs Pilani. You may get chemical, civil, biological science, manufacturing. If cutoff decreases then you have chance to get some more chance .
