To appear BITSAT 60% marks in each of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics is needed. If you get less than 60% in subject will not be eligible.

So you will not eligible for poor marks in maths.

As soon as you have cleared BITSAT your score will be the criteria for your branch in the college. 

But,  along with this they are having a minimum criteria which everyone must follow that, one's aggregate score in PCM/PCB must be at least 75% along with 60% in each

I am sorry to inform you that according to the analysis of previous year cutoffs, it is very difficult for you to get a seat in any B.E. courses at Pilani, Goa or Hyderabad. According to 2017's cutoffs, you can get an integrated M.Sc. Chemistry at Hyderabad campus

For bachelor's no. of seats in bits pilani for Cse is -12 .

For Masters, BITS Pilani (50)  –  (25 in Computer Science and 25 in Software System)

First of all congrats for such a good score.And yes according to the previous year cutoff you can get cse in BITS all campus.But Cutoff vary every year so may be sometimes you may have to opt for different branches but still you will get a good branch

For a person applying for BITSAT, he/she should have a minimum aggrergate of 75% in physics,chemistry and mathematics taken together in 12th exam and a minimum 60% individually in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

Adequate proficiency in English is also mandatory.
