The practical and theory scores both are considered for your eligibility to BITSAT or Jee mains. However, your board scores will not affect your ranking in either of the exams, your rank will be based on how much you score in the entrance exams only.

The tentative dates for the start to admission to BITS is the third week of June. The admission list for round 1 will release around 20th June and counselling for seat allocation will take place in the next few days. So it is advisable to be in India

No, BITS Hyderabad doesn't offers B arch degree. But there are other branch of birla institute that offers you this course including BITS pilani and BITS Mesra. The admissions are taken through the score card jee mains paper 2. The semester fees of a general catgeory student for the course

Yes they do accept compartment but just make sure Aggregate marks of 75% be scored collectively in the three subjects. 60% marks should also be scored separately in each of the subject and the results should be out before counselling.
