My friend has scored 73 in JEE MAINS and 130 in COMEDK UGET and 303 in BITSAT. Which could be the best college to get CSE or ECE?

First of all congrats for scoring 303 in BITSAT.
Just keep your eyes closed and go for BITS
You may not get CSE , ECE. But whatever it may be go for it. The placement and the package is awesome

What is bitsat 2018 expected cutoff?

Hey! Hi.
See, one cannot predict the BITSAT cutoff since the exam is held on Various Days and it completely depends on various factors. But still going by some trends and statistics, the cutoff should lie somewhere between 250-290.

YES you do have decent chances to get M.Sc at BITS PILANI HYDERABAD CAMPUS for CHEMISTRY STREAM since the last year cutoff for this programme was 222 Marks.
