I assume you are talking about getting admission into BITS through IPE marks. But  you can't get admission directly through IPE marks unless you are a board topper as there are only 3 ways to get  admission in BITS:

If you haven't received  the application number to the registered email ID and phone number then you can register once again using an alternate Email ID and phone number and fill the application once again. As you haven't paid the application fee re-registering will not be a problem for
