First of all admission in Mtech is not through BITSAT examination, rather it is through BITS HD examination i. e Birla Institute of Technology and Science Higher Degree Admission Test.
Actually, BITSAT examination is conducted to provide admission in undergraduate courses of engineering and not mtech.

Candidates should have a minimum average of 60% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) or Biology or Biotechnology (PCB) in 10+2 or equivalent examination. since your pcm aggregate is above 60% you are eligible to apply.
