Yes you are eligible for BITSAT 2021.To be eligible, candidates should have passed class 12 or equivalent examination in 2020 or in 2021.

Application form of the same will be available from Second week of January 2021 tentatively.

there are many institutions/coaching centres india which helps students to prepare for engineeringg entrance exams such as JEE mains/advanced, BITSAT, VITEEE, SRMJEE etc. Some most popular ones are FITJEE,AKAASH, NARAYNA,  ALLEN, etc. It does not depend on from where you takecoaching classes, it mainly depends on youyr hard work

Yes your rank is decent and considering you are from reserved category that is scheduled tribe then you will mostly get a seat into Osmania University. With this rank, getting the best branch can be a bit difficult but you can surely get a decent branch there.
