See , you should always aim for 400+ in BITSAT , but also don't marks answers of the questions you don't know , it can decrease your marks . There are many candidates you scored well but their marks got reduced due to the negatives . Although
you can get Msc biology , chemistry or civil in Hyderabad in spot rounds or the later rounds , most probably , you can also go for b. pharma , but talking about engineering you have civil and integrated courses in hand .

Eligibility criteria for BITSAT is that you must score aggregate of minimum 75% in PCB or PCM, and you must have individual score of more than 60% in all the required subjects i.e Physics, chemistry and mathematics or physics ,chemistry and Biology.

According to your marks , and previous year cutoffs you will most probably get Cse at BITS Hyderabad as the cutoff was 342 . So you have good chances to get seat .
