how difficult is bitsat exam compared to ssc board ,jeemain and eamcet?

Aditi amrendra Student Expert 19th Feb, 2020
Hello,

The sequence of toughness is JEE>BITSAT>EAMCET.
JEE mains is a lot more tougher than BITSAT and EAMCET so lets just talk about other two.
When it comes to questions in EAMCET, the questions are too straight forward and simple, they are not tricky and if you will prepare well from past year papers and if your concepts are clear then you can easily sail through it.

Now, BITSAT is a the game of speed, presence of mind, and accuracy.BITSAT questions are quite tricky and understanding and application very important for cracking BITSAT.
In BITSAT, you will have to solve 150 questions in 180 minutes and this is quite difficult task and you cannot attain the speed without rigorous speed.
Solving mocks and past year papers with keeping time in mind will help you in cracking the exam.

Finally, JEE is tougher of them all. With the vastness of syllabus, Unpredictability if the paper, requirement if speed and a good grip in concepts makes JEE indeed very tough and cracking this exam will require a pur 1 years of hard-working, patience and perseverance.

I hope this helps.

HI, I am preparing for manipal engineering and bitsat. Is sl Arora enough for physics?

Anantika Kushwaha 29th Mar, 2020
Hello Abhey,

SL Arora is no doubt a great book for Physics. For clearing any exam it is absolutely necessary for you to clear all of concepts and practice numericals as much as you can, as in Physics every numerical is solved with a different approach.

You can go on with SL Arora however I would recommend you to also solve the previous years questions of the BITSAT and Manipal test to get a glimpse of the type and trend of the questions asked.

Shudhanshu Gupta Student Expert 15th Feb, 2020
Hello.
Inspite of of deep knowledge presence of mind and time management at the time of exam is more important for BITSAT exam you can prepare for this exam within a month if you have cleared your all concept if you have already prepare for JEE mains then yes you do not need to do much buckle down on it you can go with NCERT book revision and solving so many moke test can make you able for the exam and referring some other book will create a tension so there is not any special need for this.
Best of luck.

how am I clear my bitsat exam please guide me

harshitasharansrivastava Student Expert 15th Feb, 2020

Hello Aspirant,

BITSAT is a computer-based test for admissions to Integrated First Degree Programmes of BITS Pilani Campuses in Pilani, Goa, and Hyderabad.  According to experts, it is an exam where time management and presence of mind is given more importance than a deep knowledge of the subject. You must keep following points in mind to crack this exam:

  • Read NCERT books thoroughly.
  • Try to solve and practice as many model test papers as you can for time management.
  • You must have all formulas and equations (algebraic and chemical alike) on your fingertips.
  • Focus on clearing the concepts in all the subjects but not on the exam only.
  • Determine your strengths and weaknesses. Try to improve your hold on weaker topics by revising them every day.

All the best

should I give viteee and bitsat both

AYAN MULLA 14th Feb, 2020

HELLO VIKRAM
It solely depend on you. I suggest give as many examples as possible so that you should have options in your hand if you don't get into IIT. Since the topics of all the exam are almost similar but the pattern differs so if you have already studied then why are you wasting your knowledge by just giving any one exams just as many exam as possible so that your chances get increases
you can give exams like SRM, COMED-k etc
