According to me, Choosing Mechanical at BITS Hyderabad would be better if the location is not an issue for you. Here are some pros:-

• The fees is less than BITS Pilani.
  Civil in Pilani is for 4.2 lac per year
  Mechanical at Hyderabad

As per your score in BITSAT 2019 you have chance to get admission into BITs Pilani. You may get chemical, civil, biological science, manufacturing. If cutoff decreases then you have chance to get some more chance .

Santoshini, yes you can get seat in MSc Programs in BITs through your BITSAT marks.

You have to apply by the same procedure by which we apply for btech. Go for counselling and tell them the course you want.

This is not a bad score for sure. This also assures that you can make it to bits colleges. This score is fair enough to make into all three: Pilani, Hyderabad, and goa but of course different branches.
