you need to be the topper of your board of 10+2 courses. bits also conduct bitsat exam for its branches like hyderabad, goa, pilany to admission in btech courses.

You can apply in iiit delhi there are pgd (m.sc) course available for cyber security in distance. You can apply via upgrad. Duration is one year and the fee is around 3 lakhs for this course by iiit delhi.

294 is a realy good score. Looking at the cutoffs for ece field last year (298) and the years before that (310) and (324). This shows that there is a very slim chance of getting in. But maybe in the next rounds of counselling you might get in.

             To be honest 275 is very less to join mechanical in BIT, Hyderabad. Last year(i.e 2018) cutoff itself is 275 for MECH in BITS Hyderabad whereas in 2017 it is 297 so probably you have very fewer chances to be selected for MECH in bits Hyderabad.
