The students of delhi have reservations only in NIT delhi not other colleges. Like there is no reservations for them in IIT DELHI. Neither in school of engineering JNU. 

And there is no reservations for them in BITS too.

Though there is reservations for delhi students in IPU.

BITS Pilani is one of the best institutes for engineering in India. It is even comparable to IITs. Some of the things you may consider
