Yeah GOOGLE and MICROSOFT usually visit the LPU campus inorder to take the creame layer from the CSE / IT Departments but sometimes eventhough the conditions are also there that Microsoft doesn't take the student's as well during their visit and infact they also hired the student's on

It's your wrong information that BITS is a NAAC B geade college. BITS is NACC A grade college given by the MHRD OF INDIA.

Obviously you should go with the option BITS in comparison with the NSRIT eventhough now BITS has been recognised by a INSTITUTE OF EMINENCE. So there is other option to leave this college.

Usually cuttoff for BITS will start fom 250+ for B.Sc and for Engineering domain it will start form 270+ for its all campuses

Yes, you can get college through REAP counseling but not the government you can get private institute.so better option will be going to the private college and take direct admission.

I got 47.85% in graduation. And i am a sc candidate. I got 83% and 77% in 10 and 10+2 standard. Can i apply here?

Dear student,
I would like to sadly tell you that with 47.85% in your graduation you cannot apply for Brila Institute. You require to have a minimum of 50% in graduation. So i suggest you to look for other colleges who do not have this criteria.
