I think that IIT Guwahati civil is better than bits pilani civil because as we all know that IIT one pf the top colleges of India and it provides overall all facilities to their students and they focus on overall development of students if you are thinking about

For BITSAT exam eligibility criteria is 75% in pcm & for UPSEE it's 50% so you are eligible for UPSEE only
Hello Shivani, sorry but with the Mains rank, you won't be eligible for any college. In BITS Pilani any campus if you are able to get good branch, I'd suggest you to go for it.
