Birla institute of technology and science or BITS Pilani one of the best private technology college. There are campus, faculties, facilities all good. NIRF rank for BTech is 30, Pharmacy NIRF rank 7 , Science NIRF rank 15 according to last year which was 2020. This college is very good. There are lots of courses are offered for study.
Due to research laboratories are well good and full AC. Hostels are ac and nonAC both available. You can get huge library. The all time open canteen available and food is really good here. Faculties are well educated and friendly. Placement also very good here. In this pandemic situation last year almost 76% students got placed and this year placement also running. Highest CTC here 15.6 lakh per annum. So if you want to join this college you can go easily.

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you,yes you can surely get IIM A/B/C if you score more than 95-96 percentile in CAT exam as you are a general engineer male candidate and for getting IIIMs you to score high so that you get a call from top IIMs. Generally marks and cutoffs depends upon the difficulty of paper it varys from year to year so you should mainly focus on mocks and lessen your wrong attempts then you may surely succeed.

For Birla institute of technology and science ,Pilani admissions ,you need to give seperate entrance exam called bitssat. Parallely , you would be eligible for admission to other campuses that is Hyderabad,goa.
The bitssat examination consists of four sections mathematics, physics, chemistry,English. The total marks is 450. For cse you need to get 380+ to get yourself admitted in tha main campus.

The BITSAT score is valid for only year which means that if you have appeared for BITSAT 2021 you can get admission for the academic year 2021-22 in Birla Institute of Technology and Science. If you wish you get admission for the academic year 2022-23 then you need to apply for BITSAT 2022 and appear in it and qualify to get admission, you cannot your BITSAT 2021 score to get admission in 2022.

UPES dehradun has excellent infrastructure and placement record which brings it to the list of tier 1 college. college has excellent learning environment and experienced faculty. cse department has note worthy placement record. According to past years data, 94% of the students got placements from cse department. The average salary package offered was 4.5 LPA. Top recruiters were TCS, Infosys, Rakuten, Hitachi, HCL, Nagarro, VMware, ZS Associates, Cognizant and TTN. Students got internships opportunities in startup. I can't suggest you about the branch with which you should go for as it totally depends upon your interest. As of course you can't waste your four years studying something in which you are not at all interested. So, you should go with the branch in which you feel the most comfortable.
Now, talking about both the colleges then I guess placement of both the BITS are quite same. The highest package offered at bits pilani is 1.4cr per annum and average is about 10-15lpa.whereas, in BITS GOA the average is offered around 6-10lpa.
