Can i get a call from BITS Pilani for MBA with 82 percentile in XAT

Pranav Mishra 18th Jan, 2020

Hello Aspirant,

First thing that I want you to tell you that you have a decent percentile in XAT to get any good college so also keep trying for other colleges like KJ Somaiya, WeSchool LIBA and TAPMI etc. Now for BITS Pilani they give call on the basis your profile that is your marks in class 10th, 12th and graduation, extracurricular activities, co- curricular activities andayour score in the competitive exam, Considering your percentile you are in safe side but you have to equally well perform in GD and PI also, So work hard and be well prepared for it.

I hope the above information is beneficial for you.

All the best.

  • BITS, Hyderabad

Course: BITSAT course is almost same as JEE Mains. The whole syllabaus of 11th and 12th class is there in the paper. The BITSAT exam is a bit different than JEE Mains. The no. Of questions in BITSAT are 150 and the time to complete the paper is 3 hours. The questions are a bit easy than Mains but not that easy too. You need to work really hard to get into one of bits campus.

Practice as many as previous year papers you can within the time limit. Time plays a very very important role in  BITSAT examination. You can buy a book for BITSAT preparation like Arihant 's guide to bitsat and practice accordingly. The marking scheme in the paper is +3 for correct answer and -1 for wrong answer. You need to work both smart and hard to crack the bitsat exam. And if you stay focused you will definitely crack it with a good score.

Hope it helps.

Hello,

Everybody knows BITS Pilani is a brand and a very good institute but as per reviews of students the dual degree is not worth joining for Msc Chemistry.
It is advisable that if you are interested in engineering then you should stick a specific stream and do your best in then you will definitely get a good placement.

I hope this helps.
