According to your percentile in jee mains 2019 ,your general rank will be close to 2.7 lakh and with this rank you will not able to get seat in any NIT and BIT.
A score of 280 and above will be safe to expect a seat in the institute. However, the cit off for mainstream branches such as Mechanical, Electronics and Civil goes higher than the other branches. So you might have to compromise with the branch if you want a seat in

Birla institutes of technology meshra take students for Barch program based on score in jee mains paper 2 only. It does not accept NATA score. And closing rank for this college is below 5000. Since your score is far away you have low chances for getting there.
