Eligibility criteria for BIT Mesra is same as JEE MAINS.Admission at BIT Mesra is also done through JOSSA .You have to qualify for JEE MAINS.

You have less chances in CSE branch in BIT Mesra but you can get other branches.

You are eligible for bit Mesra but I don't think you will able to get admission in this marks with you merit...
You have to take admission through management quota
