Hello.
You can certainly apply for Master's in anthropology after completing your BSc degree with a minimum score of 60% marks from any recognised university. However, you should note that you can pursue MSc in Anthropology and not a MA in anthropology. Nonetheless, both the courses are similar.

Every student in his/her life had this dilemma when selecting subjects. I would recommend you to opt for the subject you are inclined toward and the subject you find more interesting. As you said you have an interest in Biology subject. Then go for Biology, Physics and Chemistry.
