BEd is a teaching training program which includes both theory and practical facets to it. In distance mode only theory can be covered properly the practical training is questionable. Most important aspect of teacher training is left out there.

BIT Mesra is overall a very good college but the placements may not satisfy your expectations. However the faculties are experienced, academic environment is great and labs are well equipped.

Out of Electronics and Communication Engineering and Instrumentation Engineering, ECE is technically better.

RV college is indeed a good choice
